I'm a nutritional therapist, personal trainer and founder of MiLife Nutrition and Wellbeing.
With 6 years experience in personal training and fitness, and having more recently completed a higher diploma in naturopathic nutrition at CNM, I have seen the clear benefits of combining nutrition with exercise and the positive impacts on daily life.
Whatever the problem, my intention is to understand what it is you would like assistance with, and work collaboratively with you all the way.
I offer a holistic approach that covers all bases, so whatever you need help with, I can provide this for you!
