PACKAGES

You might just be starting out on your fitness journey or be time poor but wanting to commit to regular sessions.

The bronze package includes
1 x 1hr of PT per week.

If you're looking for a little more structure than one session a week, but worried about time or affordability, this package is for you.

The silver package includes
2 x 45 mins of PT per week. 

GOLD

You are committed, you are invested and you'll no doubt be smashing your goals.

The gold package includes 2 hrs of PT per week (split into 2 or 3 sessions to suit you)

If you have a time-sensitive goal, this is for you.

The platinum package includes
3 x 60 minute PT sessions per week. 

(Recommended for 12 weeks max, this is hardcore.
But if you're all in, you'll see amazing results).
