2 hours of personal training a week to really keep you committed and on track

You'll get 1-1 coaching, a personalised workout program and nutritional plan based on your individual needs. You'll receive great physical results, but our focus is always to build in long term habits and help you find a new lease for life through food and fitness.

This package includes:​

- A personalised, scalable program to follow via the MiLife app

- A personalised nutrition plan, aligned to your specific goals.

- 50% discount for MiLife classes

- Access to the MiLife community group.

THE MILIFE APPROACH
MiLife is a friendly and approachable way to get into fitness. We're interested in YOU as a person, and throughout our journey together you'll achieve your goals through better understanding of your body and its needs.
We pride ourselves on education, and  our aim is to give you the tools to take forward so that staying fit and strong long term is always possible.
We aim to take the stress out of everything for you, from giving you access to our private members Facebook group with amazing resources such as recipe books and bonus workouts, down to helping you plan meals with ease by including all the recipes and even shopping lists in your plan.
At MiLife we want to make our workouts fun and our nutrition delicious and simple to follow so you enjoy your food and reach your goals at the same time.
