GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Get fit and have fun with our fitness classes at our boutique studio in Chester Green.

With our qualified PT running the session, and limiting our classes to small numbers, we're ready to help you reach your goals with our specialist approach.

All classes are suitable for all abilities, but we've provided an effort rating below, so you know how much you can expect to push yourself!

CIRCUITS
Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm


This class revolves around 6 stations that change week on week. There will be rapid changes between each move, so be ready!

Moves will work different parts of the body, and each class may have a different focus I.e. core/ legs etc.

Effort level: 4/5

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS
Thursday 7:00pm - 8:00pm


A variety of weighted exercises to grow size and strength in your glutes and abs. 

This class is more about strong and controlled movements to build muscle, as apposed to speed and stamina needed for body con/ circuits.

Effort level: 3/5

BOOTCAMP
Saturday 10:00am - 11:00am


If you want to push yourself, this is the one for you. 

There will be crawls, presses, slams and jumps. 60 minutes of solid work to kick off your weekend!
